Ongoing support for sites and systems Ilion already operates for you. Monthly billing, Business Hours coverage (weekdays 8–6 Central), twelve-month initial term then month-to-month.

  • Site Retainer — $149/mo — Hosting, uptime, and light content updates for one website.
  • Managed IT — $249/mo — Helpdesk, patching, and backups for up to five devices.
  • Office Device — $50/mo — Add coverage for one additional named computer or tablet.
  • Backup Storage — $12/TB/mo — Extra offsite backup capacity beyond what is included in Managed IT.
  • Hourly Labor — $125/hr — Work not covered by an active MSA/SOW retainer.

Site Retainer

Monthly hosting and care for one business website Ilion hosts or maintains.

  • Hosting and TLS for one site, one location
  • DNS management when Ilion is the DNS operator
  • Two included content or menu updates per calendar month
  • Monthly health check (hours, certificates, key links)
  • Priority response when the site cannot take orders or is down (within four business hours)

Additional edits beyond the monthly allowance are billed separately. Marketplace apps, advertising, photography, redesigns, new locations, and POS hardware are not included. Platform fees (for example Square) remain your responsibility.

Managed IT

Monthly IT support for small shops with real workstations — not website-only care.

  • Up to five covered devices (additional devices available by quote)
  • Helpdesk during Business Hours (weekdays 8–6 Central)
  • Patching for Windows and macOS devices Ilion administers
  • Monitored backup of agreed data, with a monthly restore verification
  • DNS and website hosting when Ilion already provides them
  • Monthly check-in and severity-based incident response per your service agreement

Not included: 24/7 monitoring, same-day on-site visits by default, cabling, new hardware purchases, ERP or industrial control systems, or after-hours work unless arranged as a separate rider.

Office Device Add-on

Add one named office computer or tablet to an active Site Retainer or Managed IT plan.

  • Offsite backup of agreed user files on that device
  • Periodic restore-path verification
  • Business Hours helpdesk for that device

Kitchen and POS hardware, cameras, phones, and personal devices are not covered. A second machine requires another add-on or a move to Managed IT.

Backup Storage

Additional offsite backup capacity, billed per terabyte. Use when retained backups exceed storage included with Managed IT or an Office Device add-on.

  • One terabyte of encrypted offsite object storage per unit
  • Ilion-managed backup tooling (no cloud console access for the client)
  • Stored offsite from your premises
  • Quantity = terabytes (quantity 3 = 3 TB)

Restore labor and full disaster-recovery projects are billed separately.

Hourly Labor

Professional services billed hourly for work that is not included in an active Master Services Agreement (MSA) statement of work or monthly retainer.

  • $125 per hour
  • 30-minute minimum per engagement
  • Quantity = hours (use 0.5 increments when scheduling; checkout quantity is whole hours unless invoiced manually)

Examples: out-of-scope changes, after-hours work without a rider, projects not covered by a signed SOW, and support when no monthly plan is in force. Prefer a written change order when the effort will exceed two hours.
